• Interest-bearing checking account with accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Requirements:

• Minimum balance to open the account - $200.00
• Minimum balance to obtain the annual percentage yield disclosed – You must maintain a minimum balance of $1,000.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.

Benefits:

• Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage in the following amounts:
  Fee Coverage
  $6.50………Basic - $10,000.00
  $7.50………Personal - $20,000.00
  $8.50………Family - $30,000.00 plus
  $1,500 on each dependant child
• We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest to your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. Interest begins to accrue the business day you deposit it. Interest is credited quarterly.

Cost:

• A per check charge fee of $.25 will be charged for each check in excess of 15 during a statement cycle. This fee will apply if the minimum daily balance falls below $1,500.00 any day of the cycle.
