Overdraft protection is not a free service. Per
item fees will be imposed on any overdraft created by check or any other
debit posted to the account. Overdraft balances, including all
non-sufficient fees are due and payable upon demand. We are not
obligated to pay any item presented for payment if your account does not
have sufficient funds to cover it. The approval of payment of a
reasonable overdraft for an account in good standing is a courtesy, not
an obligation. We may stop at any time without prior notice or reason.
